Breakfast:  Cereal

Lunch:  Sandwiches

Dinner:   Unknown meal being delivered :D

Wednesday

Breakfast:  Egg and cheese burritos, grapefruit

Lunch:  Salad

Dinner:   Soup from freezer

Thursday

 Breakfast:  Muffins

Lunch:   Knock out the leftovers

Dinner:  Spaghetti Dinner

Friday

Breakfast:  Yogurt fruit smoothie

Lunch:   Grilled cheese sandwiches, carrots

Dinner: Chicken Dinner

Saturday

Breakfast:  Creamy Apple Oatmeal

Lunch:  Leftovers

Dinner:   Ham, green beans, potatoes, brownies

Sunday

Breakfast:  Cereal

Lunch:  Soup and salad

Dinner:   Chicken fried rice, lots of vegies, fruit

There isn’t a lot of varying in breakfast and lunch.   Since I’ve been diagnosed with cancer, it’s sort of the norm each week.     The other difference since I began this blog is that my dinners are usually provided for by the body of Christ in the area I live in.   We have been richly blessed since I’ve been ill and we are so thankful!!

Menu 3/5-3/11

I know I’ve been gone for a while.   I’ve been recovering from chemo/radiation therapy.    As I heal up before surgery, I finally have a little bit of energy and hope to cook some again.   All the dinners listed are probably donations from the family of God who have blessed us so much since my diagnosis.   I cooked my first meal since probably December yesterday which was French toast and turkey bacon.    This morning I cooked turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, and toast.   Praying I continue to heal up so I can serve my family again.   Below is the plan. 😀

 

Monday

Breakfast:  Cream of Wheat, strawberries

Dinner:    Bar-B-Que,Buns, slaw, beans, dessert, tea

Tuesday

Breakfast:  Cereal

Lunch:  Sandwiches

Dinner:   Unknown meal being delivered 😀

Wednesday

Breakfast:  Oatmeal, honey, grapes

Lunch:  Salad

Dinner:   TBA

Thursday

 Breakfast:  Muffins

Lunch:

Dinner:  Rotisserie chicken, potatoes, and beans

Friday:

Breakfast:  Yogurt, fruit

Lunch:   Grilled cheese sandwiches, carrots

Dinner: Chicken Salad/Croissants, Chips, and Fruit cocktail

Saturday

Breakfast:  Creamy Apple Oatmeal

Lunch:  Leftovers

Dinner: Chicken Salad/Croissants, Chips, and Fruit cocktail

Sunday

Breakfast:  Sausage Grits Casserole

Lunch:  Soup and salad

Dinner:   TBA
