Have lots of tomatoes and cabbage to use up this week and have done a lot of planning around these vegetables. (I know, please don’t send me a note that a tomato is really a fruit, I know :D)

Lunch: Leftovers with tomatoes
Dinner: Chicken fajitas with onions, peppers, spanish rice, cabbage
Tuesday
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Black Bean Soup, salad
Dinner: Grilled herb chicken, cabbage, and mac-n-cheese
Wednesday
Breakfast: Veggie eggs
Lunch: Leftovers with Pizza Bread, cole slaw
Dinner: Crock pot Beef Stew with Herbed Dumplings on top
Thursday
Breakfast: Tomato Pie
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad sandwiches, sliced tomatoes
Dinner: Salmon cakes, corn bread, cole slaw (yep more cabbage!), sliced tomatoes with herbs and mozzarella cheese warmed on top
Friday
Breakfast: Banana split yogurt parfaits
Lunch: Avocado and cheese sandwiches, fruit salad
Dinner: Grilled fish tacos, cilantro rice, 3 week cole slaw recipe from Bread Beckers.
Saturday
Breakfast: BLTs
Lunch: Nut butter with honey sandwiches, homemade parfaits
Dinner: Knock out leftovers
Sunday
Breakfast: Apple Raisin Bread (Vitamix recipe)
Lunch: Zucchini Feta Pasta with Musclan Salad
Dinner: Kielbasa and cabbage, cornbread with onions, peppers, corn & cheese cooked within
