It’s going to look like some repeats from last week because we were invited to friend’s for meals, 4 of my guys went to mountains for 3 days, and we had Dinner on the Grounds at church. Also, Michael wanted to make this weeks Mexican spaghetti last week, so we did :D.

Breakfast: Biscuits and gravy, hash browns (I know …lots of carbs today!)
Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwiches
Dinner: Potato Soup …. trying a new recipe from The Pioneer Woman

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs and bacon
Lunch: Black bean burgers
Dinner: Cauliflower crust pizza
Wednesday
Breakfast: Apple pie breakfast porridge
Lunch: Tomato-Basil Soup
Dinner: Oven baked chicken, rice, steamed veggies
Thursday
Breakfast: Sweet Potato Hash and Eggs
Lunch: Baked potatoes and salad
Dinner: Chicken Pot Pie
Friday
Breakfast: Overnight crock pot Oatmeal apples and cinnamon
Lunch: Tuna sandwiches, carrots, fruit salad
Dinner: Salmon patties, mac & Cheese, green beans, chunky Applesauce, Gingerbread Cake
Saturday
Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs
Lunch: Knock out some leftovers
Dinner: Stromboli (Homemaker’s mentor)
Sunday
Breakfast: Fruit & yogurt parfait (with my homemade granola & yogurt)
Lunch: Leftovers with home fries
Dinner: Supreme Sunday Beef & Gravy, Baked Mashed Potatoes, Steamed Broccoli
Green Garden Salad, Dinner Rolls
